Welcome to the Big Bear Community Therapeutic Arts Center (BBCTAC)! We're excited to welcome young artists into a creative environment where imagination, confidence, and self-expression can flourish.

Our classes are designed to inspire children and teens through hands-on art experiences using a variety of creative mediums. Whether your child is discovering a new artistic passion or simply looking for a place to create, our programs encourage exploration, creativity, and personal growth in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.

Class Schedule

We offer classes three days each week:

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday

• Morning Session: 9:30 – 10:30am

• Afternoon Session: 2:45 – 3:45pm or 3:15 - 4:15pm

Participants may register for a single class or multiple sessions throughout the month.

Who Can Attend?

Our classes are open to children and teens ages 6–18

• Children ages 6–11 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the class.

• Ages 12–18 may attend independently unless otherwise noted.

No previous art experience is required. Our projects are designed to be adaptable for a wide range of ages, abilities, and creative interests.

Registration Information

Advance registration is required, as class sizes are intentionally kept small to provide individualized support and an engaging experience for every participant.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your selected class dates and times, along with any additional information needed before your first visit.
